Introducing ourselves
e&e Verfahrenstechnik GmbH was founded in Warendorf/Germany
on 26 February 1998.
Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Ulrich Nieße and Mr. Claudius Oeggerli are managing directors
and co-partners of e&e.
e&e extraction-, evaporation- and vacuum drying plants are
used for the recovery of natural extracts, ethereal oils, Oleoresins,
colourings, aromas, extractive-basic-materials in general, from:
leaves, roots, plants, medicinal plants, barks, herbs, spices,
organic substances, fruits, seeds,
drugs, wood, vegetables, etc.
In the last few years, e&e has become the leading company in the field of extraction, evaporation and vacuum drying.
e&e offers the whole service, from the treatment of the raw material up to the final product (for example granulate or powder), that means that e&e provides, for example, the engineering (Basic and Detail Engineering) of the plant, the cutting machine for the raw material, the pneumatic filling system of the extraction plant, the extraction plant for extracting plant-based raw material mostly, the evaporation plant for separating the active agents from the solvents and for concentrating the exctracts or active agents, the spray drying or vacuum belt drying for producing granulate or powder from the thick extract.
Moreover, e&e supplies complete plants for the production of instant coffee, that means:
Basic engineering, Detail engineering, raw coffee storage and handling, silo technology, coffee roasting plants, coffee extraction, aroma recovery, coffee evaporation, spray drying, agglomeration and freeze drying.Depending on the customers´ wishes, all plants can be controlled manually, but can also be operated fully automatically. e&e is able to supply complete production plants without additional service or component interfaces for the customer.
Another main pillar of e&e Verfahrenstechnik GmbH is the process plant construction.
e&e plans, manufactures, delivers and assembles plants for the pharmaceutical and the cosmetics industry, for the food and the chemical industry, where liquids are traded or refined.
e&e Verfahrenstechnik GmbH is operating throughout the world and has got representations in China, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Turkey and New Zealand. At the moment, most of e&e´s customers are based in Europe, Asia, and South and Central America.
