Raw materials, mixing products and components
In order to avoid misunderstandings the test products (components) which will be delivered have to be marked with:
- Addressee resp. name of the ordering customer for the trial and product denomination
- Product data sheets
As far as the substances concerned are not generally known and are hazardous substances, the corresponding DIN safety data sheets have to be enclosed for each delivered test product.
For the return of the test products corresponding big receptacles have to be delivered.
In case the test products are subject to the Ordinance on Hazardous Substances, the corresponding marking labels, the necessary documents of transport as well as the sheets of hazard (for example for the road transport) have to be enclosed.
In principal, the disposal of products has to be effected by the customer. e&e will not bear any expenses for transport and disposal.
In case certain instructions for treatment are predetermined on the part of the product manufacturer or user, we would appreciate receiving them already at the stage of planning of the trial.
Trials with explosive or harmful substances cannot be carried out or only upon agreement with e&e!
The general conditions regarding transport, return transport, cleaning of the test plant and perhaps further necessary expenditures are determined in our quotation for the trial.
The exact time scheduling will take place on return of the signed
test conditions.
In case you cannot attend the trials, you will receive a detailed information
about the trials resp. a written test report.
